Wow!

My daughter (16 years old) dyed her hair purple and then went to watch a football game in the rain. Her hair “bled” onto a white puffy vest with black lining. Soap Works saved the day with their safe bleach. I put the vest in the washer to soak with 3 teaspoons of bleach and warm water. An hour later, it came out perfect! The white was white and the black wasn’t faded at all.
